Presenting ARC's Fourteenth Annual Orlando Forum

ARC World Industry Forum:  Where Industry Leaders Meet to Solve Their Most Challenging Issues

February 8-11, 2010 - Orlando, Florida

Rethinking Asset Lifecycle Management:
Innovative ALM Strategies for Today and Tomorrow

ARC's Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) ModelReduce risk, reduce costs, reduce project cycle time, reduce energy use, reduce carbon footprint!  These are key challenges for asset-intensive organizations today and they can all be achieved through better Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM).

Organizations need immediate results and they want them achieved with minimal use of limited cash.  But they also want their short term gains to be sustained as future competitive advantage.  A proper ALM strategy is essential to provide the roadmap for selecting the best projects and the most efficient paths to your final goal.

Winning ALM strategies address all assets  physical, human, and virtual.  They coordinate actions across major Project Performance Management Modellifecycle stages, from Design & Build through Operations & Maintenance.  They also leverage the best practices, the best technologies, and excellence in Asset Lifecycle Information Management (ALIM) to drive more collaboration and higher asset performance.

ARC’s Rethinking Asset Lifecycle Management Program will help you on all of these fronts.  You will learn what others are doing to address today’s economic and sustainability issues.  You will get solid information about the benefits they are achieving.  And, you will have a chance to discuss your own challenges with peers and gain new ideas for overcoming funding and implementation hurdles.

On the strategic front, you will learn about the practices and technologies that leading companies are using to drive ALM excellence across organizational and global boundaries.  You will also have a chance to discuss your unique requirements with solution providers from across the asset lifecycle.

ARC’s ALM events are unique.  Other events may touch on various aspects of ALM, like plant design or maintenance.  But ARC’s Forum is the only conference that recognizes the importance of teamwork across ARC's Asset Performance Management Modelall of these disciplines and enables real networking across silos.  Stakeholders in every lifecycle stage will learn something to help them do their jobs better.  Everyone will learn more about critical cross-functional topics like ALIM that will help them improve their interactions with others.  Regardless of your ALM interests, this is a must attend event on your calendar!

At this event you will:

  • Discover what leading companies are doing to overcome cultural, contractual, and technology roadblocks that frustrate their ALM projects and programs
  • Learn more about the critical role that ALIM plays in ALM and what you can do to improve your own situation
  • See what industry, standards, and ad-hoc groups are doing to enable better information interoperability
  • Get valuable ARC Best Practice research that shows you what works and what doesn’t
  • Get an update on new ALM technologies and solution provider roadmaps
  • Share challenges, ideas, and strategies with peers and gain from their experience with similar issues
  • Network with top industry executives

Key Asset Lifecycle Management StrategiesJoin ARC at our Orlando Forum to learn what you can do to address your organization’s challenges.  Encourage other ALM stakeholders in your company and key suppliers to attend.  This will ensure that they understand and support your ALM strategy and have an opportunity to build relationships that can help them overcome some of their major obstacles.  Whether you are an asset owner/operator, an EPC, a supplier of equipment, an asset service provider, or someone involved with ALM technology you simply cannot afford to miss this event!

The Rethinking Asset Lifecycle Management Program runs concurrently with other programs at ARC's Orlando Forum.  For information on the other programs:
